The tech who was treating our neighbor's home came by to our house. He explained their services, the pricing for quarterly treatments. My husband was not around so he even came back to speak to my husband. He was great with my dog who can get a bit nervous. His colleague arrived 30 minutes after we agreed to get their services. we have actually informed them that we had someone treat for bees and wasps, but they located a few building nests and took care of them! They have I am very impressed with their customer service!
The tech did an awesome job locating the bed bugs and fumigating my entire room. Fortunately, there were no other bugs found. My tech helped me get rid of some things away and infomed me about what I should know about bed bugs and how to keep them away if they return. I am looking forward to the follow up treatment.
