I am updating my original review several hours ago. After posting initial comments stating how frustrated I was, I assumed that they saw it and they were so apologetic for the delay in service. They gave me a call to inform me that the branch manager will be personally treat for bees himself. They did as promised and was here after 5PM. He personally apologized for the issue earlier. If they pursue this quality of customer service where they reach out and make up for their mistakes, I won't hesitate to recommend!
