I like the pre-visit notification calls. I don't even have to be home if I don't have any pest problems inside the house. I like being able to reach out to let them know if we're having a particular problem. It's nice that our tech doesn't rush when I explain our concerns. The technicians know what they're doing and do excellent work. You get a call to remind you of the regular visits, and you can reach out at any time if you have a pest problem between those visits.
