The inspector that came out determined that we had bats and gave us a quote of $600. We signed up for service and the technician worked professionally and efficiently. He took the time to explain the process and made suggestions. He said that we may have a mouse problem as well. We feel pretty comfortable that the problem has been resolved and that if additional work needs to be done, Presto-X will come back out without extra charges.
