One of the most thorough pest control professionals we have hired. Spent time to not only address the complaint but also to explain what and why our termite issue was happening.

Presto-X is the best. Our house is about 1,300 square feet and near woods, so you can imagine our pest issues. One summer, our toddler couldn't use the backyard because of an infestation. Presto-X has been out four times now and most of our problems have been taken cared of. Our son can enjoy using the yard like we intended him to. We even have a favorite technician and request that she be the one to come back. She didn't rush through, saw what was needed, was meticulous, and even joked around with me when I was under the weather. For me, that's a great employee. We'll request her if there's another pest problem. Presto-X does an amazing job and I've already recommended them.

Their entire staff is not only efficient but personable as well. They got to the root of the issue and found where the pests were hiding. Then they treated the problem. I was really impressed.

My experience with Presto-X is nothing short of excellent all throughout. All their reps always treat me with genuine kindness, keep me well-informed, and deliver extremely professional service. Though I had carpenter bee issues, they treated both in and outside so I would be rest assured of a pest-free home. Best of all, they go way, way above and beyond to meet their customers' needs and satisfaction. For example, one rep took off his shoes before entering my home. Another treated my deck and balcony, neither of which were not part of the service. Yet another took a video to introduce himself because I was not home. While they go the extra mile, they also know what they can and cannot do. In one instance, the rep explained why he cannot treat the eaves on my second floor because he did not have the license to do so. To say that I am happy with their service is a huge understatement. Presto-X is synonymous to EXTRA-ORDINARY servce!
