Though I had carpenter bee issues, they treated both in and outside so I would be rest assured of a pest-free home. Best of all, they go way, way above and beyond to meet their customers' needs and satisfaction. For example, one rep took off his shoes before entering my home. Another treated my deck and balcony, neither of which were not part of the service. Yet another took a video to introduce himself because I was not home. While they go the extra mile, they also know what they can and cannot do. In one instance, the rep explained why he cannot treat the eaves on my second floor because he did not have the license to do so. To say that I am happy with their service is a huge understatement.
