I signed up for the quarterly plan but because of a bad mouse infestation, they were servicing my house on a monthly basis. No additional charges though, since the extras services were still a part of my program. All of the technicians were polite and dependable. Their work was wonderful! Top marks for the company! UPDATE: The second service I had from Heron Pest Control was as good as the first. They came out much quicker than I expected and at a time that was convenient to me in spite of their very busy schedule. And while they may have had to adjust to my schedule, the quality and thoroughness with which they conducted the treatment was as phenomenal as before.
