Also known as The Bay State, Massachusetts is steeped in Colonial history. In addition to being the site of a number of landmarks from the Revolutionary War, the northeast also has its share of pest issues, as ants, bees, mosquitoes, ticks and more are not uncommon throughout the state. With its warm summers and cold winters, Massachusetts is no stranger to extreme weather. It's not unusual for pests to make their way inside homes and businesses, looking for shelter and food.
Pests aside, there are a number of reasons that Massachusetts is a great state. It's small size is deceiving; it's a cultural hub for the performing arts, has a large number of museums and historical sites, and provides plenty of opportunities for hiking, sailing and fishing.
