New York

New York has warm, humid summers and cold, snowy winters. It is geographically diverse, featuring everything from lakes and oceans to mountains and forests. Both the lakes and the rivers of the state are notable, and where there is water, there is sure to be pests. New York is no exception, with residents regularly battling rodents, cockroaches, spiders and bed bugs. There is too much to do and see in this state, however, to let bug problems get you down.

New York is a popular tourist destination, and for good reason; there are many fun things to do in this state! Outdoor enthusiasts can go whitewater rafting in the Adirondacks, while those looking for a great meal should head over to Hudson Valley. History buffs can visit the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown or make their way to New York City, which has plenty of historical significance. The Empire State certainly has a little something for everyone.
